Could you share a bit about what inspires your sense of style?

My sense of style is inspired by things I personally enjoy. Everyday, I find inspiration in the store and the brands we carry. I like to combine different brands and styles to create an eye-catching look.

Why did you choose to style the adidas SL 72 this way?

I wanted to bring out the colours of the shoes in the outfit. That's why I chose the Wales Bonner Track top - it matches perfectly with the shoes! The Stüssy Camo jeans complement well, creating a good “combination” haha. It just blends in right and is all very comfortable to wear.

Could you share a bit about what inspires your sense of style?

What inspires me the most is seeing people who confidently express their own sense of style, no matter what other people may think. Personally, I gravitate towards pieces that are both classic and timeless. I enjoy finding vintage pieces and pairing them with a pinch of streetwear to create a look that feels the most like myself.

Why did you choose to style the adidas SL 72 this way?

In styling the adidas SL 72 I decided to use a vintage brown coat and a blue button up under it paired with black long trousers. Since these shoes are a classic, I wanted to pair the vintage coat with the silhouette of the sneakers peeking through my long trousers. The blue button up was to tie together the colours of the shoes.

Could you share a bit about what inspires your sense of style?

The core principle for me is prioritising comfort above all else when it comes to clothing. If it doesn't offer comfort, it simply doesn't find a place in my wardrobe. I draw inspiration primarily from my mom, who has a deep appreciation for Japanese design, especially due to her role as a costume stylist specializing in army and workwear. This influence has shaped my preferences since childhood, leading me to appreciate garments that serve a purpose or function, items that seamlessly blend comfort with intelligent design. The craftsmanship evident in army and workwear, along with Japanese designs, holds a special appeal for me.

Why did you choose to style the adidas SL 72 this way?

As previously mentioned, comfort is a must for me, and these shoes are incredibly comfortable! I infused my preferred colour palette, featuring khaki green and navy, to enhance the vibrant yellow shoes. Embracing my fascination with volume and shapes, I opted for my green Needles pants and complemented them with a cosy sailor-inspired knit that I thrifted. To sum it up, I used an army scarf as a headband, playing around with patterns as I like to do from time to time.
