Warehouse and Logistics Associate

Job Description

Are you hands-on, organized, and interested in how a fashion e-commerce and retail business runs behind the scenes? We're looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Associate to join our operations team on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping our stock accurate and moving, processing orders efficiently, and supporting customers with a friendly, solutions-first attitude. A valid driver's license is required for this role.

Employment Type

Full-time (40 hours weekly divided over 5 working days)

Profile

  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with physical, hands-on warehouse work
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over stock accuracy
  • Proactive problem solver with a hands-on mindset
  • Good communicator, comfortable interacting with customers
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Shopify or other CMS platforms is a plus
  • Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations is a plus

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Logistics

  • Receiving, checking, and processing incoming and outgoing stock
  • Picking, packing, and shipping online orders accurately and on time
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels across our systems (Shopify and internal tools)
  • Organizing and maintaining the warehouse to keep it efficient and orderly
  • Supporting inventory counts and stock reconciliation
  • Assisting with product launches and promotional stock preparation

Customer Care

  • Processing returns and exchanges
  • Handling e-commerce customer service inquiries (order status, shipping, product questions)
  • Ensuring a smooth, positive experience for customers
  • Escalating and resolving issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
